According to a casual survey of my French teammates when I played rugby for Rouen, the best places in France are Bordeaux and Montpellier. A few vouched for Brittany and opinion was split on Paris.

I’ve been to Bordeaux a few times. Now I’ve been to Montpellier too. And it is a great place.
